Every Sensemaking response includes thumbs up / thumbs down voting so you can flag whether an answer was helpful. Voting is part of an optional program called AI Quality Review, which lets your organization allow manual, anonymized review of AI conversations to help improve response quality.
If your organization has not enabled AI Quality Review consent yet, Sensemaking shows a compact prompt letting you turn it on right from the chat, without leaving your current task.
Once consent is turned on, that prompt no longer appears in Sensemaking, keeping the focus on your conversation.
While consent is off, the thumbs up / down vote buttons stay disabled, with a tooltip pointing you to workspace settings to enable the feature.
The AI Quality Review setting is managed from your workspace settings (under AI Quality Review), which remains the canonical place to turn this on or off for your organization. This setting is only visible if the feature has been enabled for your account.
